1. Information we collect

This website is an informational resource. We do not collect personal information through the site itself. If you contact us by telephone, QR code, or in person, the information you share is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange care.

2. How information is used

Any personal information you provide when contacting us is used only to respond to your enquiry, coordinate an appointment, and provide the care you request. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

3. Medical information

Information shared with our care team is treated as confidential. Records made during a consultation are kept as part of your clinical file, and you may ask to see them and to have them sent to another clinician. Online messages are for general guidance and appointment coordination and do not create a doctor–patient relationship or constitute a diagnosis, an assessment, or a treatment plan.

4. Your rights over your information

You may ask what information is held about you, request a copy of your medical records, ask for factual errors to be corrected, and ask for a note of your disagreement to be added where you dispute a clinical opinion. Requests are usually made in writing with proof of identity. See Access to Your Medical Records for how requests are normally handled, and Privacy, Dignity and Chaperones for what you may ask for in person.

5. Clinical photographs

Photographs and recordings are a separate decision from examination or treatment. They require their own explanation and your agreement, and you may decline them. See Consent for Photography, Imaging and Teaching Use.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
